The Problem

There are 2.5 million People of Color and LGBTQ+ Texans who are not registered to vote.

Texas' Population Is Increasing

Texas’ population is growing. Since 2010, our population has grown by 12.2% (3.5 million people).

This Growth is Driven by People of Color

Texas' population is increasingly diverse. In 2010, people of color composed just more than half of the state's population. Today, we are more than 58% of the state.

But People of Color are Not Registering to Vote

According to the U.S. Census there are 4 million people in Texas who are not yet registered to vote. Of those 4 million, 2.53 million are People of Color.

The Solution

VoteSimple meets people where they are: online.

Through online engagement, the target audience will receive digital ads urging them to register to vote. Individuals will use the following process to register to vote.

Ads will run on a variety of social platforms including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.

Once individuals are registered, VoteSimple will continue to engage our registrants by running paid Get Out The Vote (GOTV) digital ads to convert new registrants into voters.
